This AGREEMENT is entered into on October 3, 2005 by and between waste Corporation of America, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “Customer”), and WCA Waste Corporation, a Delaware corporation (hereinafter referred to as “WCA”), for the disposal of Customer`s non-hazardous construction and demolition waste. For the purposes of this Agreement, references to “Customer” include any subsidiary of Customer that owns or operates a transfer station in the State of Florida, and references to WCA include any subsidiary of WCA that has a landfill in the State of Florida. CIWM, in collaboration with Clarkslegal LLP, created this template for the waste management contract or contract. This should lead to clear and consistent information for contracts and tenders. Areas of the waste and resource management industry that are included include waste collection and disposal, recycling and household waste recycling centers (or CA sites) and treatment.
